While visiting Chicago during a break from grad school, Gina was introduced to Justin by a mutual friend. Although they are from the same hometown and met each other at various times in their younger years, they managed to go to different grade schools, high schools, and colleges (although we don’t like to talk about that part), before winding up together in the Windy City.
For their first date, Justin took Gina to a Freightened Rabbit concert at Lincoln Hall in Chicago. Since then, they have gone to many shows together and enjoy music as one of their favorite pastimes.
By February 2013 the pair began living together in the Logan Square neighborhood beside the quaint Palmer Park. It was around this time that Justin involuntarily adopted Gina’s beloved mini Aussie, Lily.
While on a trip to Mexico and Belize Justin popped the question during an opportune moment while Gina was waking up from a nap, in their cabana in Placencia.

Any guests who rode the trolley from their hotels to the park will be dropped off accordingly.

For those who have indicated that they’d like to be picked up by the trolley from their hotels, it will arrive early to take you to the park so you can be there by the start of the ceremony. More details to come as we get exact numbers from the RSVPs and make the final plans
